This Privacy Policy describes how Feryo ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when providing automated customer-support services on behalf of businesses ("Clients") through Meta platforms (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram).
When you message a business page that uses our service, we process: the content of your messages (text, images, and voice notes), your platform user ID provided by Meta, and message timestamps. We collect only the minimum data necessary to respond to your inquiry.
Messages are processed solely to: answer product and pricing questions on behalf of the business you contacted, route your conversation to the business's human support team when needed, and maintain conversation context so you are not asked the same question twice. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the messaging service.
Message content may be processed by third-party AI language-model providers to generate responses. These providers process data as sub-processors and do not use it to train their models under our applicable agreements.
Conversation data belongs to the business you contacted and is shared with that business only. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third party.
Message history is retained for up to 6 months for service continuity, after which it is automatically deleted. Order records are retained by the business you contacted according to its own policy.
Data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), firewall protection, and access limited to authorized personnel only.
Our service does not knowingly collect sensitive data from children. Where conversations may involve information about minors (e.g., education services), we collect only the minimum necessary, and the Client's own privacy policy applies.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions, or contact us at the email below.
